So I call their support, recording said wait time would be "6 minutes" stayed on hold waiting for live support for nearly an hour until giving up. I received my PC on Friday evening, didn't get a chance to open it 'till the following day and that's when I discovered NO fans. I even went through the buy process again on their website and it has the option of "Default case fans". I look over my invoice and it states "CS_FAN: Default case fans". To my dismay, my PC had NO fans, nothing. I selected every component for the build knowing that it would be fully-assembled and ready to use as soon as I get it, right? Not quite the case.
